Hearth Web Studio is the trading name of Fivaz Holdings Pty Ltd. These terms provide a general overview of how we work. Project-specific terms, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment details should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Services

We provide remote website design, development, copy support, SEO setup, maintenance, and related digital services for small businesses.

Quotes and Scope

Each project should have an agreed scope before work starts. Work outside that scope may require a separate quote or written approval.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, access, and feedback when needed.
• Review work within reasonable timeframes.
• Confirm that supplied text, images, logos, and other materials can legally be used.

Ownership

Unless agreed otherwise, final website files created for a paid project are handed over to the client after payment is complete. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, platforms, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Payments

Payment schedules, deposits, currencies, and due dates should be confirmed in the project quote or invoice. Work may pause if required payments are overdue.

No Guaranteed Results

We design and build with trust, usability, performance, and conversion in mind, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
