Websites built to earn trust before the first conversation.
Hearth builds conversion-focused websites for small businesses that need visitors to feel clear, confident and ready to enquire.
A small studio. Direct work. No handoff theatre.
Hearth Web Studio is run by Vardi Fivaz from South Africa under Fivaz Holdings Pty Ltd. You work directly with the person thinking through the offer, copy, design and build, with clean-code handover and no platform lock-in by default.
Oak & Ledger shows the standard Hearth is building toward.
It is a fictional accounting-firm demo, not client work. Its job is to show the level of hierarchy, clarity and restraint Hearth wants every real project to earn.
Right now, Hearth is opening one founding-client spot for an accountant or bookkeeper: a focused 5-page website for $950 in exchange for a testimonial and permission to show the finished project publicly.
Oak & Ledger is fictional demo work. Real client work will be added only as it exists.
What Hearth fixes
Trust is the first conversion.
Unclear first impression. Visitors should know who you help, what you offer and why it matters within seconds.
Weak enquiry path. The next step should feel obvious, low-friction and worth taking.
Missing trust signals. Proof, process and ownership need to appear before the visitor hesitates.
A sharper first step than guessing what to fix.
Send your homepage or planned offer. Hearth reviews where trust, clarity and the enquiry path are leaking.
Checks: first impression, proof, mobile path and CTA friction.
Sample audit output
Honest pricing, no surprises.
Fixed packages help you understand the likely scope before a sales conversation.
Starter
Best for new businesses, solo services, local providers or simple offers that need a credible first site with a clear enquiry path.
Growth
Best for consultants, service businesses and higher-trust offers where visitors need stronger proof, explanation and conversion copy before they enquire.
Retainer
Best for existing Hearth clients or businesses that need regular edits, maintenance, reporting and small conversion improvements.
Scope, terms and ownership details Choose the package first. Read the boundaries when you are ready.
Scope boundaries
- Starter is best when the offer is simple. Growth is better when trust, proof or explanation carry the sale.
- Hosting, domains, paid tools, subscriptions, third-party assets, complex apps, backends and major integrations are separate unless listed in scope.
- Additional revisions or approved out-of-scope work are billed at $75/hour.
Payment and launch
- A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before launch or final handover.
- The website will not launch, and final files or intellectual property will not transfer, until final payment has cleared and written launch approval is received.
- Amounts are stated in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Retainers and ownership
- The $500/month retainer covers the update, monitoring, reporting and maintenance tasks listed in the agreed retainer scope.
- Retainers exclude new page builds, full redesigns, new integrations, paid tools and work not listed in scope. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
- After full payment, Hearth assigns the final website-specific deliverables created for the client, excluding pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code and third-party materials.
