1. About These Terms
These Terms govern use of the Hearth Web Studio website at hearthwebstudio.com and any related pages we control. Hearth Web Studio is a trading name of FIVAZ HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD.
2. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information only. We may update, remove, or change website content without notice. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship unless a proposal, contract, and payment terms are accepted in writing.
3. Services
Descriptions of packages, prices, retainers, timelines, and deliverables are indicative unless confirmed in a written proposal and contract. We may refuse work, adjust pricing, or require custom scoping where a project is outside standard packages.
4. Hearth Website Launchpad
Hearth Website Launchpad is a digital website-planning and strategy product. It provides a Website Plan Preview and, after successful payment, a Complete Website Blueprint intended to help you plan a website project. The intended current price is US$149, shown as a one-time purchase at checkout. It is not a subscription. Payments are processed through Paddle where applicable.
One purchase, one website project
One Launchpad purchase provides access for one website project and one business. You may make reasonable edits and regenerate planning material for that same business or project. A materially different business or website project requires a separate purchase.
Access recovery
Launchpad does not require a customer account in its current form. We may provide a recovery code to help restore or transfer access to another browser or device. Recovery codes are shown once and should be saved securely and not shared publicly. Using a recovery code transfers access and may invalidate access in the previous browser; generating or using a replacement code invalidates the earlier code. We cannot guarantee recovery if you lose all valid access and recovery information.
5. Launchpad refunds and billing support
Because Launchpad is a digital product and the paid Blueprint is generated or unlocked immediately after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the paid digital product has been generated or accessed. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, consumer, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Duplicate charges, technical failures where the paid product could not be delivered, failed access, or other legitimate billing problems may be submitted to hello@hearthwebstudio.com for review. Where Paddle handles the payment, applicable Paddle buyer protections and mandatory rights continue to apply.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, rankings, traffic, conversions, sales, platform approval, or third-party service performance.
7. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, text, design, templates, and materials owned by Hearth remain our property unless expressly stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit our website content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, pricing, outages, security, or performance.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, submit unlawful content, or use the website in a way that damages Hearth or others.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or contacting us, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described there.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Hearth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use. Our liability is limited as far as legally permitted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent South African courts unless otherwise required by law.
